The domain security checker tool on our website queries publicly available DNS records using Google's public DNS-over-HTTPS API. No personal information is transmitted to Google through this tool — only the domain name you enter, which is a public DNS record.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes.
- Inquiry and contact form submissions: Retained in our CRM for up to 3 years, or until you request deletion, to support follow-up communications and service history.
- Active client information: Retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for business continuity and legal purposes.
- Website analytics data: Retained per the default retention settings of Google Analytics (26 months) and Microsoft Clarity (13 months).
- Email communications: Retained in our email system for up to 5 years unless deleted earlier.
When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
